Baked Salmon Recipe

Here is a tasty baked salmon recipe features a tasty lemon caper butter topping. Easy to make, healthy, and tasty.
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 6 salmon steaks
Mix butter with a mixer and add parsley, garlic, capers, lemon peal, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper and chill.
Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the steaks. Add desired dab amount of the lemon-caper butter and serve.
