Smoked Fish Spread

This spread is addictive, so be prepared to eat more than you originally had planned. Smoked salmon, steelhead, or whitefish are all good options. Easy to make ahead of time and can be served with your favorite crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound smoked salmon, steelhead, or whitefish
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped capers
  • cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Directions

Flake the smoked fish fillets and remove any bones before combining thing cream cheese, sour cream, capers, shallots, and fresh chopped dill. Once thoroughly mixed, refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.
