Canadian Walleye

with Jeff Simpson

East to West, North to South, Canadian walleye are scattered throughout the wonderful region and can be caught using a variety of tactics.

Walleyes are wily critters that can be found on any type of structure or cover. At any given time, find a nice little rock pile, drop some Jigging Raps down. They often like living around submerged trees,
weed beds, rock piles, sand flats, mud basins and can be caught from the shoreline break to suspended over the basin. You go out in deeper water fishing situations and it’s trolling. A handful of presentations that work the majority of the time
