Humminbird + MinnKota = One Boat Network

by Al Lindner

Video: Al Lindner talks about the advantages of the Humminbird/MinnKota One Boat Network for linking all your marine electronics together in one system.

Newer Minn Kota trolling motors have built-In MEGA Down Imaging into the transducer housed right in the lower unit of the motor. No messy wires, more crystal clear images, and a better view of the water below that let you find what you’re after.

Spot-Lock (Humminbird+MinnKota): Hit Spot-Lock and your Minn Kota trolling motor and it will keep you on any fishing spot. Save that Spot-Lock using the mapping on your Humminbird fishfinder, and if you want to return, just select it. Your motor will automatically turn on and drive the boat for you, landing you back at your spot so you can hit the honey hole all day long.

Shallow water anchoring: That’s why Talon and Raptor are controllable from anywhere. Use the i-Pilot or i-Pilot Link remote for your Minn Kota trolling motor or the interface on your Humminbird fishfinder to control your anchor – no matter where you are.

The One-Boat Network will continue to evolve with more i-Pilot and i-Pilot Link enhancements, plus mobile apps for better control and easy software updates.
